This is just the trailer, so your challenge is to find the full 80min film.

This feature length doc pieces together Mr Rogers attempted autobiography after he died in 2001 leaving behind 200 hours of raw film footage of his life.

Fortunately for Alexander Olch (who waded through the footage to find the bits which make this documentary as lovely as it is), Rogers has recorded some beautiful imagery, some of which has been acted out by Richard Rogers close (and famous) friends to give the Doc a very un-formulaic, non realist structure.

A film created by the french photographer JR...the above video is just the trailer and the one below is a nice film about how they used the photographs.

His website has a lot of other work on it too and its all beautiful. Maybe you should have a look?

The intro to the trailer may be slightly cheesy but we'll let him off 'cos he's good.

David Lynch Interview Project

This young lady is called Jenny Brown.

Her interview with Austin Lynch is part of a series of short documentaries called the Interview Project started by David Lynch

The project consisted of a small team taking a road trip round America with the intention to interview the people they met along the way.

Each person sits and tells us a bit about their life and although it all sounds rather dull I recommend you at least watch this one with Jenny, because it's surprisingly interesting. Mainly because she's so sweet!

I love how she exits the room at the end to put on some Roy Orbison.

He is basically Flanders from the simpsons but much less annoying and cooler.

Steve has walked a massive distance and has a lot of love.

This little portrait of his life has been put together in a very effecting way, with some lovely wide images.

you will probably want to hug him at the end.

I was only saying the other day how much it pleases me to see old painted advertisements on the side of buildings...worn and wonderful.

So you can imagine my delight when I found this Documentary called Up There Directed, Edited and Photographed by Malcolm Murray.

It tells the tales of those who scale the towering buildings of new york, to paint them in adverts.

What an amazing job to have!

Some lovely camera work, and a nice little time lapse at the end which shows just how talented these people are.

Lets go to new york soon?
